Where are my products shipped to?
I currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders cannot be placed for delivery outside the UK.
Which delivery services do you use?
I use Royal Mail and Evri to deliver orders across the UK. I select the most suitable courier for each order based on the parcel size, weight, and delivery address.
How much is delivery?
- Standard UK Delivery: £4.98
- Free Delivery: Orders over £80 qualify for free standard UK delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to UK islands and remote areas may take 3–6 business days.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are securely processed directly at checkout via SumUp. You can safely pay using major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Will there be any special offers or discounts?
Yes! I like to offer promotional discounts from time to time (typically between 10% and 20%). Keep an eye on the shop banner or follow my updates to catch the next offer.
🪵 Products & Craftsmanship
Are your products truly handmade?
Yes, 100%. Every piece is individually designed, crafted, finished, and packed by me in my private workshop in Northampton, England. Because every item is made individually, natural variations in grain, colour, and texture are an inherent part of handmade woodcraft.
What types of wood do you use?
I work mainly with solid English oak, but I also use a selection of exotic, reclaimed, spalted, or naturally aged timbers. The exact materials used for each product are detailed in its individual listing description.
What does "Rustic & Farmhouse" style mean?
Rustic & Farmhouse is the design aesthetic that guides my work. It celebrates the natural character of raw timber and the authentic signs of handmade craftsmanship, rather than a smooth, mass-produced factory finish. Natural knots, visible grain variations, minor tool marks, or subtle edge unevenness are intentional features that give each 1-of-1 piece its unique character.
🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Goods
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Under UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel and return an eligible order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying me of your cancellation, items must be returned within 14 days. For full instructions, please refer to my Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy.
Who pays for return postage?
If you return an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for paying the direct cost of return postage. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, different rules apply—please contact me directly so I can resolve it for you.
Can I exchange an item?
I do not offer direct exchanges. If you prefer a different item, you can return the unwanted piece through the standard return process and place a new order on the website.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please get in touch as soon as possible. Send clear photos showing the damaged item, the outer box, and the shipping label. I will review the issue immediately and resolve it in accordance with your UK statutory rights.

Is WoodenRusticCraft a physical shop I can visit?
No. WoodenRusticCraft is an online-only business based in Northampton, England. My workshop is a private workspace dedicated to making and packing orders, so it is not open to the public as a retail storefront or collection point.
